Recently bought some floor mats for my cannon alpha. Excellent quality, really quick turn around and most importantly the communication was on point. Highly recommended. Great company!
Nice products, have ordered roller vault and mats. Really happy with the product. After sales service can be inconsistent . Missing bolts shown in videos did not arrive with the product. To be fair they have now tried to address the issue which is good but ideally these don't happen in the first place. I would recommend these products
Hi all, I've just had another great experience with Savage Tech Australia. Sharon is lovely to deal with. Craig kept me up to date with progress through the day and solved some issues for me on the fly. Rolland did an amazing job repairing some damage caused by a kangaroo prior to fitting my new grille and Hoopless Beast Bar. Thanks team for this great job.
I had a very poor experience with Savage Tech and cannot recommend them.nnI purchased a bullbar that was new to the market. It arrived with inadequate instructions and incorrect plugs, which doubled installation time and cost $1,960 instead of $980. During installation the installer contacted Savage, who admitted proper video instructions weren’t ready. Shortly afterwards, Savage reassured others online that video instructions now existed—but they had not told me this beforehand.nnWhen I asked for compensation, Savage refused and instead blamed me and the installer. They fixated on me not sending photos of the plugs which I didn’t have rather than acknowledging the real problem. They also claimed to have repeatedly contacted my installer, which he confirmed was untrue.nnEventually, after my installer followed up, Savage agreed to pay $600 with the installer covering $300 but only on condition I removed my negative reviews. I reluctantly did so to recover part of my loss, but I’m reposting this now because the public deserves to know how they operate.nnWorth noting: I initially asked for store credit, not cash, because I was planning to buy a roof rack from them. After this experience I wanted nothing more to do with them. I later found the exact same roof rack from the original Chinese manufacturer Tuff Fab, which Savage rebadges for less money.nnSummary: Savage Tech showed no integrity, professionalism, or customer care. They initially refused any compensation, blamed me and the installer, and treated me dismissively throughout. In the end, they only offered partial compensation on the condition that I remove my negative reviews — essentially silencing criticism. Be very careful before buying from them.
Lousy service , purchased cannon roller shutter arrived without templates for sports bar. Rang them they apologised promised to send them out express. Second call sorry we were to busy to send them, two emails later , no response even tried form on website. Unit is sitting in my garage half built and still no response. My recommendation is avoid them like the plague obviously they don’t value their customers I regret my purchase.
