Twice now we've bought pork from there and it is an atrocity.
I'm not even sure what cut of pork it could be but it is at least 70% fat and connective tissue and barely any lean meat at all and that was after I told her to throw away what she'd carved for me in the beginning and insisted on leaner meat.
