I'd give it 3 and a half stars if I could. Good chicken at decent prices. Chips can vary from above average to amazing depending on how well they are cooked, a little bit of inconsistency there but they are never bad. Drinks are reasonably priced. Biggest let down is that since this place changed hands, on a few occasions they have been out of chicken at pretty unreasonable times of the day. I was once told they were out of chicken at 3:30pm (!!!) and 7:00pm, two separate occasions. Pretty pathetic to be honest, it pissed me off so much I almost didn't go back. It's reasonable for a chicken place to be low or out of chicken from 8:00pm onwards (they take hours to cook and if its late there's a good chance they won't sell it so if they cook too many they have to throw them out and lose a lot of money) but I feel before 7:30pm being out of chicken is unacceptable. I'd give this place 4 stars if it wasn't for the odd mishap of being out of chicken.
