I dont know why there are so many bad reviews. Ive had pizzas and pastas from there heaps of times and without a doubt best pizza ive had and the house pasta is awesome! Keep it up

I have been a loyal customer for quite some time now. On more than 1 occasion I have waited an hour and 40 minutes to be given the wrong pizza. Then to have them blame it on the driver. Couldn't even except responsibility for their mistake. It normally is a hood pizza but the lasagna is disgusting

Unfortunately, I could not give less than a one star rating. Our family have chosen Mathew's pizza before and was not pleasantly satisfied with the quality of the food-oily, burnt and below par quality. The presentation was as nasty as it's tasted. We gave it a second chance, and was delighted with great phone service.. I had only wished that I didn't have to wait in the blistering heat for over 2.5 hours to receive my food, AFTER THEY HAD ALREDY CLOSED. Delivery staff were totally distressed and sadly, from what I hear.. poorly treated. They muddled up our order, forgot our drinks and left us utterly confused at how they manage to call this a business. I understand accidents happen, however despite the half assed apology no greater service was provided.. NEVER again.

Lucky to get one star?? My niece ordered pasta 2nite & it was absolutely disgusting!😨 She called you guys, with her complaint & all you could say was sorry??😨 Not good enough!!! Grrrrrr😨😨😨😨
