Thank you McDonald's Hogans Corner. Your service tonight was amazing. About 40 different kids happy meals ordered and all was correct - well done! A very special mention to a young lady named Steph, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. From a very happy customer.

When I asked to have it in the restaurant instead of takeaway, they actually brought it out to me on a tray instead of a bag. They brought it out for me as well because I had ordered a coffee. Very good service :-) and friendly as well.

We have been customers of your store for a long time and have frequently had wrong orders but today was the last straw. Wrong burger, returned and got correct one, then found we were also missing fries.

Worst One by far. The staff thinks it’s okay to serve cold chip!! It’s disgusting and when I went back and ask nicely to get hot chips it got done - however thought it was okay to add the cold ones back mixed in with the hot. McDonald are going down hill and you can’t away with it because - people are going else where... especially me! If every restaurant served cold food doesn’t matter if ur a takeaways place. No one should just take it! I’d bet you’ll be annoyed too!

One of the worst McDonald's you can visit. Constantly getting orders wrong, putting you in waiting bays in drive through for basic orders and ice cream/frozen coke machine is always broken during hot weather
