Simply put. They don’t clean tables regularly. When you want a place somewhere they will (proabably) clean it up. 

After a lady cleaned my table she didn’t clean where the place holder for the table number was. I know you think I’m overreacting, but this breaks health code.

 I’ve seen others complain about their lack of due diligence, and I’ve got to say that’s poor form.

To compound this, they don’t give you cutlery. Meaning, you have to get up and do it yourself. Call me “privileged” but they should be clean, fast and offer customers sauces and tools to eat. Not a stick and your own to feet to get your own dam experience!

The food, for me, is great. As I get chips and tenders. For anyone who has had poorer experiences. I get it.

Overall, great food, bad service and poor morals. A 3/5 is doing this place justice, trust me.

The restaurant was very crowded when we went and yet they kept allowing more and more people to arrive, despite the fact that they were failing miserably in their attempts to keep up with the demand. 
The food took ages to arrive and even then the chicken was not cooked to the usual standard of other branches. Furthermore, the 'Spicy' rice was bland and dry.
The restaurant didn't give us any glasses to drink from as 'they were all still going through the washer', so we were forced to drink straight from the bottle (the water tasted weird too). There was no cutlery for ages, either - also being washed.

Long story short, don't let so many people come into the restaurant if you can't manage or keep up

I love Nando's sauces and the service is always the best around. Rachel is probably my favourite person there, she is so cheeky. She is the embodiment of Nando's. If you go to Nando's, ask for Rachel! The restaurant can sometimes be a bit dirty when they are understaffed but the delicious food makes up for it, and getting to see Rachrl.

I got my chicken burger and it was totally dry and no sauce in it. And it was bad quality. In last 10 years it was worst experience at nandos werribie plaza.
