This is one of the best Macca's restaurants if you have kids. The play section is one of the best I've seen. But kids who are afraid of heights beware! The highest parts are a good 5 or 6 metres off the ground. The food here is typical McDonald's; it's a hit and miss.

Always lovely staff. The other night there was a customer in front of me being extremely rude to a staff member, the staff member was super polite and handled the situation amazingly. I thought maybe they would be a bit grumpy when it was my turn to be served, but they were just as cheerful and polite like I was the first customer of the day. Amazing staff.

Always very clean, which is nice, and one time I left my walley in the restaurant. I rang up and they couldn't find it but I appreciated them looking. I managed to race in and find it, where it'd fallen behind the booth seat. The food here is on point and the staff are kind, though sometimes the wait times can be atrocious. (Once I waited 15 minutes for my breakfast.)

I only go for the ice cream, and that always seems to be working, so thanks for that. the three stars are for the staff, sometimes, a little too 'relaxed'.. Nothing offensive, just not the most professional when I have been there

Had a booking for my sons bday had it booked for today when we got There was asked whom I booked it with I said the manager then asked what was the name of the manager I said she didn't have a name tag on then was asked am I sure I was at the right store . for they don't do booking although there was a sign saying room reserved on one room reasked was I at the right store and I said I am not stupid I am 63 and own my own business and I did not ring to Ake a booking I personally came in to book the room for one pm. Bitterly disappointed with the hole experience. 2 star is over stating
