Panipuri(Gol Gappa):- Potato filling with mint tamarind water(Sweet, Sour and Spicy).

Dahipuri :- A mixture of bhelpuri, chutney, papdi and savoured with lot of yogurt (Sweet, Sour and Spicy)..

Dabeli :-It is a spicy snack made by mixing boiled potatoes with a dabeli masala, and putting the mixture between pav (burger bun) and served with chutneys made from tamarind, date, garlic, red chilies and garnished roasted peanuts.

Smosachaats :- Samosa is broken into pieces with green and sweet chutney (Sweet, Sour and Spicy)..

Papdichaats :- This contains fried patty called papri as an extra ingredient (Sweet, Sour and Spicy).

Sevpuri :- A lot like dahipuri but with 2-3 types of chutney, potatoes( no yogurt) (Sweet, Sour and Spicy).

Bhelpuri :- Puffed rice and sev tossed with potatoes, onionsa and chutney. (Sweet, Sour and Spicy).

Nylon Khaman :- Khaman is a savory steamed cake made from gram flour. It is very soft, fluffy and spongy in texture. (It has combination of sweet (from sugar), spicy (from chopped and sliced chilies) and sour ( lemon juice tastes.)

Raj Kachori:- crispy, flaky textured deep dried pastry filled with spiced and mashed potatoes.
