McDonald said even you are murdered in McDonald, that is ok, doesnot matter!!! My car is hit and run by someone on 15/02/18 just under camera of parking area, we call police and want some information. When I look for the manager, a lady told me the camera is not working on the shift of 12pm on that day. Then I ask how about other cameras? The lady went to office and after discuss, a guy said he is the real manager and all the camera are turn off from 14/02/2018. I asked the real manager how do you know they are all turn off. The guy said they don’t know until the police contact them. I ask do you check your camera or your machine work or not every shift before you work? The guy said no idea! I ask is your responsibility to keep everything safe and work, how about some one was murdered in your shop? The real manager in his shop in front all clients and staff notice me without any motion “bad lucky”, that is our neighbour, that is the manager who look after the whole shop and clients! He is so respect and responsibility to cover the all conflicts in his words! More interesting thing is when I ask the supervisor of his, there is no any contact, the only way is I left my details and waiting… that is McDonald! Shame and ugly! What is your opinion? Just beware your safe when you are shopping in this McDonald! Welcome to discuss our neighbour!

Fries tasted like they were 2 days old Yuk! Couldnt be bothered to drive back to get a replacement that wasnt stale - if u was closer i would have.

1. Disappointing experience. Unpleasant and unhelpful staff dealing with customer. 2. Drink missing from one kid's meal. 3. Sauce missing from 2 large big mac meal. What is wrong with this place? This is not the first time they stuff up our orders and it's too far away to go back and complain besides having to use petrol just to rectify their mistakes. Is this for real? Can anyone do something?

Good burgers and coffee but when we ordered on the screen for table service we didnot get it. Sadly, the staff didn't care at all.
