Waited for more than 20 mins for an order in store. No one gave a damn when I asked about my order and absolutely no apologies whatsoever from the team when I later got them. The team looked irritated and not happy working. And the store really need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the store.

Ordered in uber was really worst the chicken patty couldn't be eaten it feels like thred and the fries were almost stale totally disspointed
had a really sweet girl who was able to help me with a small inquiry about the maccas drinks, not sure who it was but it was around 6:10pm on Monday 29th june. She was able to go to a seperate room to make sure my question was heard
Frozen Fanta machine wasn’t working so they made my drink anyway. 1/4 drink, 1/4 foam. Nuggets were soggy and wet, never experienced this at a Maccas before, they could not have not noticed. Looked like KFC nuggets. On the plus side this was the first time in 2 years they put my sauces in the bag. This was a really good Maccas til about 4 years ago. It’s now terrible.
