Domino's Pizza Seabrook

Service is consistently slow regardless of delivery or pick up order. We have had to wait up to 2 hours for a delivery with no apology or explanation. The delivery driver put our order on the ground!!!! Online tracker gave incorrect information. Please avoid this franchise. Yesterday was a promotional day for the store. The pizza was tasteless, lacked sufficient base sauce and toppings. Extremely disappointing. Customers were extremely rude and the noise level was ridiculous. Suggest that they avoid future events such as this. Parking was extremely difficult as well.

An A+ domino’s outlet. The crispy thin pizza was the best compared to other shops Updated: i used to love this domino outlet but i think this shop is going downhill, ordered 2 thin pizza tonight, both pizzas were too thin, dry and overcooked

I ordered a pizza and lava cake over the phone for delivery last night 23/10/22 at 12:30 am. store said they were doing deliveries till 1 am so they took my order. I paid over the phone. I specifically asked for few toppings to add to my pizza peri peri sauce, spring onions and paneer cheese but when the pizza arrived, toppings were not add in at all. so I called the store and ask for remake. I specifically told them that I will keep the pizza with missing toppings for them to have a look. manager in charge said that they are remaking my order as I was talking with them over the phone and will send out free pizza in the next half hour. I waited for my food to arrive over an hour till 2 am. no driver has showed up to my door with correct pizza.

Missing the main ingredient in both pizzas. They had run out and didn't bother to call me or tell me. I would have changed my order. Offered nothing but an apology. Poor customer service.

Worst customer service ever. Specially the Manager Arun who works there is the rudest person i have came across to.. Doesn’t know how to handle customers. I am shocked why dominoss would tolerate this kind on behaviour. Never ordering again from dominoss SEABROOK.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst domino's store compared to other ones. The ingredients seem like gold to them that they are so scared to put enough on them. Even i ordered double cheese, it comes out like so little cheese. They certaily not follow the food scale of dominos' standard. The pizza looks thin and lots of edges. And they are careless to put chilli and oregano when customised pizza not to have them. It's spicy for kids to eat. Will not come to this store again even though it is the closest one to me. Suppose i will just drive further to Featherbrook store.

They almost always forget something on my pizza, this time it was the cheesy crust the main reason I get the pizza, last time was red onion. I don't even order complicated pizzas but they always stuff them up somehowFood: 2/5

I will never forget the time it took them over 2 hours to deliver my pizza. I ordered 2 pizzas through the app, I was in isolation so I left a note to just leave it at the door and ring the doorbell. I waited over an hour, and nothing arrived so I called the store. I told them that it's been over an hour and I still didn't get my food, they had told me that it has been delivered. Told them well I haven't received anything so they checked. Turns out that they delivered it to the WRONG HOUSE! I wanted to get a refund but they said I couldn't get a refund but my options are that they can make it fresh and drop it off or I have to go to the house that they dropped it off at and pick them up... Excuse me?! I don't know about you but that last one should NEVER be an option! What the heck?! So they made it again. Another hour and a half passed and I'm fuming! Nothing has come yet! I checked my front door and it was just sitting there! The deliverer didn't even BOTHER to ring the doorbell to let me know that it arrived! I knew it was sitting out there for AGES because when I touched it, it was cold. Unbelievable. Like the pizza variety is great at Domino's don't get me wrong but come on. I've never been back to that Domino's since.
