I had a very disappointing experience at Pizza Hut. I ordered two pizzas, and both were severely undercooked. The dough underneath was still raw, stretchy, and clearly not cooked properly. I brought this to the staff’s attention and politely asked for the pizzas to be remade.nnUnfortunately, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and showed little interest in resolving the issue. There was no genuine apology or effort to rectify the problem, which made the experience even more frustrating.nnPaying customers should expect food that is cooked properly and customer service that is respectful and helpful when issues arise. Based on this experience, I am very disappointed and would not recommend this store.
1 StarnnI purchased a Veggie Pizza, and it was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. The taste was very unpleasant, with a bitter flavour. The pizza base tasted like old or stale oil, and there was also a bad smell coming from the oil. The mushrooms didn't taste fresh either. Overall, the pizza quality was extremely poor and very disappointing. I hope Pizza Hut improves its food quality and freshness.
Their Stuffed crust are amazing . My kids love it so much that every weekend I have to drive 25 minutes from tarneit to pizza hut Point cook.

How do you expect someone to eat this pizza when its falling apart. They dough was watery and not cooked at all. After i placed the order i drove to the store and waited outside the store in parking checking the app that it was ready for pick up. I live 3 mins away from store and came home straight and opened to eat. When i called store to express my concern the rude male person did not even offer an apology and instead kept telling me i ate it late and he was not even at fault. Refused to give me his name and kept saying hes not at fault. There was no customer service and not even an apology its shocking to come across such customer service. So disappointing when your money goes to waste because such food. We previously ordered from here before and never experienced this . More than the food i will definitely not be returning back due to the tone i was spoken to and how disrespectful the man was. Will definitely ask my friends and family to avoid this store also. Shame on you!
