Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar

Excellent customer service! I mistakenly pressed pick up instead of delivery with my on line order. When I realised this I called the store & my pizzas were ready. As I was unable to pick up & delivery time was 45mins. The store offered me fresh pizzas delivered at no extra cost. Thank you Mornington Crust, you are awesome!

Best Pizza place for anyone with allergies as they will accommodate all possible changes to the Pizza's as necessary. Prompt service and polite friendly staff. Have been a few times with consistent service and experience each time.

First order was late but store called me and gave me a free drink, pizzas arrived hot. Trying to order again but can't get through if I don't get order tonight I probably won't bother with crust again. The dominos down here delivers to my house under 15mins...update crust won't answer phone so no food, 15mins till closing I understand it's annoying but understand without customers you have no business. After fixing the first problem you had me but cancelling my online order tonight is so disappointing especially without a call. Won't be coming back again, there's just too many other options that don't mess you around

We had to call up when our pizzas still had not arrived after 70+ mins, no call to let us know anything. A very young guy answered who could barely construct a sentence with no reason other than they are busy and the online 'thingy' doesnt work too well. Then he told us the pizzas were about to leave!! Still havent arrived and it has been approx 88mins!!! Never again.
