Usually very nice meals delivered, deliver times have improved lately. Consistency can be hit miss at times, they are part of a franchise and like myself I’ve eaten out of a few of the other reedy roast franchise stores, so I know what to expect however Somerville so far is the only franchise I find needs to lift their game.  If they’d like my thoughts and constructive criticism,   I’m more than happy to tell them.  Usually when I order online I have to remind them to provide gravy on my meal as per the menu.. otherwise sometimes they forget. Also at times I need to remind the delivery driver to be careful with the meal packaging otherwise it gets damaged and gravy leaks all inside the bag.  Overall I recommend their roast dinners, very nice.

Catered for my sister's 50th birthday last month and the service and food was great! Sent a text to let us know the food was on it's way and the delivery person was nice and friendly. The food arrived hot and it was delicious! The staff at Somerville are always polite and nothing is ever a hassle. Thanks so much!

We went to Ready Roast in Somerville last night. The young lady who served us was the friendliest customer service person I've ever come across. Nothing was too much of a hassle for her, she was polite and smiled throughout. I left the store & got into the car and told my husband & children all about her and encouraged my young child to be like her in the future. You made my night. OH and the food was incredible.  July 31st at 7pm, blonde haired lady, thank you!

Fantastic chips, but have had a few bad batches lately. Spoke to the staff tonight and they were amazing about it. Friendly and helpful, but best of all on point with their chips. Yay! for potatoes and a bigger YAY! for Ready Roast! Thank you.

Stopped in for a quick dinner on my way home with the kids. Delicious food available. Was a bit difficult with the service as I wasn't sure who was in line to be served or waiting for an order and we got skipped a few times before being able to order. It was worth the wait though, everything was cooked perfectly.

Our meals were late on the day so I had to call. Nobody asked for money. Days went by so I called them to pay. They said someone would call back. They didn’t. I called again weeks later, they said their finance lady was away. Didn’t hear back until weeks later. Paid the $320 invoice. Over 4 months later they call and say “Where’s the invoice?” I had to get my Mum to sift through her bank details who kindly gifted me a 30th to find the paid invoice. Sent invoice. They say it’s because it was was meant to be $323.70. Then I had to remind THEM they invoiced me $320 and the text was above in my phone. GET IT TOGETHER!

Can't rate this Reddy Roast any higher. Food is delicious, service is awesome, delivery is free locally if you call them instead of using other services at the moment, and their crackle is amazing. Best place around!!

Raced into ready roast and was blown away by our meal - tender and delicious meat and veggies were yum! Just like a homemade roast but without the hours of work!!! Bonus - our son with multiple allergies could enjoy! Thank you Somerville Ready Roast! You are now our regular take away!

I am a regular due to my client with a disability love's the fresh food,  my client is always treated with respect & dignity.  The food is very healthy caters for vegetarians also as the roast vegetables are super delicious  All the staff are very friendly never rude which is always a pleasure to receive as a customer  Redy Roast is way awesome compared to Mc Donald's as it's very hard to find healthy take away food which goes in favour for my client as they must only have a healthy diet due to health reasons.  I would highly recommend especially if you are extremely busy and don't have the time to cook a roast dinner for the family,  as you'll be feeding them a healthy meal

We went there about 6.30pm on a sunday. Only roast pork left. When we asked for crackling we were told. There isnt much. There looked like a fair bit as it was almost a full roast. We recieved 1 piece about the size of a 50 cent piece for us to share.  The vegetables were nice but the container was 3/4 full of sliced carrots. We watched other staff serve other customers and were dissapounted we were served by the one that took our order. Another staff member   managed to find a generous amount of crackling for the next customer.  Was our first visit to Ready Roast. Just a little dissapointed.
