Ordered 2 hash browns and 2 hot cross buns and one juice.nTook 5mins for someone to start taking orders in drive thru.nThe juice had no ice even tho I had requested it with the order.nThe hot cross buns were toasted and came out flat as a pancake both times when I asked for it to be redone.

In very quiet time they let me  waited for more than 30 min for just 1 small delievery order and this happens every single time when we come to pickup the delievery order.Really disappointing.nEven the manager with shirt was talking with other staff and just hanging around not even focusing on the order even after asking them 3 times.nThey just talk with each other and there was just one girl at front who was doing everything.Manager and one more employee didnt even bother.I dont know why are they at this position if they cant work like a team.nJust roaming here and there with no clue what’s happening with the food.Really shameful.nIf the management is like this how could other workers can work fast.Need to take action towards them so that customers can get their food on time.

Gage is one of the greatest at making the best coffee  i come in everyday morning and afternoon in hopes he is there to make a much needed coffee. He gets it spot on every time. I even come from Clyde north because I know im in pretty good hands.nnThier is a lady there who also makes a good coffee her name could be sarah  but Gage is by far the best  thank you

Coffee was nice and hash brown.nMy egg McMuffin had more shell than egg? I crunched two pieces and pulled out multiple pieces of egg shells. Wasn't planning on having egg shells on bread for breakfast.

This used to be the best maccas.nnThere was a guy called linc who was piecing together orders, he was more than happy to go out of his way to serve his mates but refused to serve me or make eye contact as i was picking up a delivery order i waited at the counter like a normal customer.nnDefinitely needs to be better customer service.
