Walked in with family and friends for a social club event. Couldn't even access batbrooms and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned since yesterday or at all. Every table looked disgusting and their was sauce or chips all over the floor. You need to work our a proper shift schedule and make sure you have people cleaning regularly
SHAME ON THE CHEAP AND IRRESPONSIBLE FRANCHISE OWNER at this Mornington store.nnEvery single time I have been to this Maccas, it’s been an anxiety inducing experience.nnA bunch of Kids around 15 or 16, with unnecessarily filthy dialogue were sitting next to me. A box of beer under the table, no attempt at concealing it. Blatantly drinking bottles of beer in plain sight. Filthy shoes on the table. young children everywhere.nnThe store is run by teenagers, so obviously this is a common thing. There is absolutely no adult supervision at this location whatsoever.nnI ordered chicken nuggets, half and half. I told the staff member that I was willing to wait for a new batch, because last time my order was cold.nThe plain lot were tepid. The spicy lot were obviously cooked, gone cold, then heated again in the microwave to match. Totally inedible. They were rock hard, rubbery. I just threw most of them away because they were so off putting.nnSHAME ON THE CHEAP AND IRRESPONSIBLE OWNER of this franchise. No doubt employing the youngest possible staff members and paying the absolute minimum wage, And then providing absolutely no guidance for the teenaged staff by irresponsibly NOT employing adult supervision, and dangerously allowing alcohol on premises which is consumed by underage children. AND serving substandard food on a regular basis.nnYou have security cameras, you see it happening yet you do nothing. Totally illegal and dangerous.nnAlso taking NO notice of the hundreds of reviews stating the fact that this place is disgustingly filthy. Overflowing bins, sticky, filthy floors and tables, mess on the majority of tables. Congealed stuff on floors and tables proving that they do not get cleaned during the day. I thought McDonalds had strict standards?nnIt would be nice to have the option to eat at a well run, legal and safe McDonald’s in our lovely town of Mornington, this one does not even have heat as I sit here writing this review in freezing cold conditions.nnThere has to be something this town can do to ensure the owner of this place is made so at least provide the basics for customers and staff.nnI will be taking this further myself. Everything is substandard at this location.nnThis place is a shocking health hazard.
Just ordered for my family as a “special treat”. All I can say is I am disgusted and appalled. Raw meat that didn’t even look like it was cooked, STILL COLD. Missing a large fries and all our sources that we ordered. My daughter is sick to her stomach throwing up from the meat that she ate from half the burger. Absolutely disgusted and this place should be reevaluated for their health and safety. I then called over 14 times and there was no answer, not for one of my calls. I understand this is a fast food franchise but learn how to actually live up to food regulations. Managers do better!
Racially profiled by the duty manager refused to identify herself and call the cops for parking the car in front of the restaurant. Refused to be served 30 minutes after paying for the food, and the manager advised all the young staff members not to serve me. I'm totally disappointed that no one is supposed to be treated like that. Unprofessional. Date 12/04/2024 Time 8.15pm - 8.50pm.nnHopefully, this review finds the responsible parties of the McDonalds.
We enjoyed the service but we got home and took one bite of the burger and then couldn’t eat it as it was too greasy.
