For a globally recognised TNC that makes too much money, the service was absolutely appalling. I do not recommend buying your food here, almost all of mine and my friends orders were messed up and the service was slow during non peak hour time. For example: the chicken and cheese burger was missing cheese which is crazy since it’s in the name…The coke I ordered was flat, so I asked for another coke, the second coke was also, flat…. both patties on the cheeseburgers were burnt, refer to the pictures below as reference. Moreover, my friend ordered a normal sized meal and he waited 30 minutes while there was no one else in the restaurant. The wait took way too much time for all the orders be wrong and for the burgers to taste like borderline rubber.

If i order 2 chicken big macs through uber eats, i expect 2 chicken big macs to do be delivered. It is so disappointing to receive my order incorrectly, especially since clearly i am unable to go into the store and have spent extra money on having a meal for my family. I now am 50 dollars out of pocket and still hungry. not good enough. Honestly it’s not hard to read a docket!

McDonald’s Frankston is one of the busiest in the area. I want to acknowledge and appreciate the staff there—especially the girls working on the floor. They deal with a wide range of situations, including difficult customers, and that takes patience and strength. You have my respect.nnI’ve worked in business all my life, and I understand how challenging customer service can be. I’m sorry if I came across as disrespectful before—that wasn’t my intention. I’ve been through a lot personally, and sometimes that affects how I respond, but I do recognise the effort and hard work you all put in.nnTake care of yourself. You deserve it—sending love your way.

Love this McDonald’s! They have new menu items that are really tasty, and it’s super convenient being right in front of the beach. Perfect spot to grab a quick snack or drink and then relax by the water. Service is fast, and the place is always easy to access. Great location for a casual stop before or after the beach!

Ordered a Quarter Pounder and was greeted by something that looked confident on the outside but deeply confused on the inside. The bun was toasted, the cheese was melted, the onions showed up ready to work — and then there’s the patty, clearly having an identity crisis. It wasn’t raw, it wasn’t cooked, it was just… present. Biting into it felt like discovering the kitchen and the grill had a miscommunication they never resolved.nnI respect ambition, but this burger needed more time, more heat, and maybe a quiet moment to think about its life choices. Would’ve been great if it finished cooking before meeting me.
