Normally, there are a lot of people. I thank that's because it is near the beach. I normally just got an ice cream there. Wait time is OK for things like that. Most of the self-serve machines didn't work.

Their sausage & egg Mcmuffins use a beef based patty and not a pork based one, so if like me you have issues with beef then it would have been nice if they mentioned it

Can never get my coffee order right by evening staff they also need to learn good customer service like Pam and Lliam on the morning shift

We always go to Macca's every where but we received a bad shock at this Frankston store there were home less men sitting in the doorway they asked us for cigarettes and and money and got nasty when we did not comply, once inside there was a drunk filthy homeless man sitting right in the middle of the large table and he stunk . l went the to the toilet and it was afilthy pig Stye empty cans of alcohol were every where. While we were waiting for our food you could see straight down the centre of the store and two young males were playing around and one stuck his hand down his pants and played with his genitals. He had gloves on and we don't know if he handled. the food or not. It was a very bad experience.
