Dear Domino's Pizza, I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply concerning incident that occurred at your store on 12 May 2025. My wife was there to pick up an Uber Eats order when she was harassed by a member of your staff. This individual, who I would describe as having a white appearance, attempted to steal her bag and bullied her in the process. The experience was terrifying for my wife, who felt unsafe and intimidated. She was so frightened that she left the store quickly, only to have this individual follow her to her car, further escalating the situation. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and has left my wife feeling anxious and distressed. I urge you to take this matter seriously and investigate the actions of your staff member. It is crucial that your establishment ensures the safety and well-being of all customers. I would appreciate a prompt response detailing the steps you will take to address this issue and prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter.
Feedback from a very disappointing experience just now at Dominos at Langwarrin Plaza. We picked up a decent sized order on behalf of someone...firstly not ready when the ready now advice came through but we had no issue waiting the extra 7 minutes. These things can happen. However on dropping off the order we'd collected, approx 10 minutes drive from the store, we were asked where the chocolate shakes were. The shakes had been ordered, paid for, but not provided. We rang the store asking for them to be delivered and the girl, who was very polite and quite young so I won't mention her name, said they were not able to deliver them. When I said it was her fault for not providing the full order, she said that the normal procedure is that customers asked for their drinks. I asked for a refund and she said they weren't allowed to do that for part of an order. The only option was to forgo the shakes no way at $8 each or to drive all the way back and get them 10 minutes each way. This is a very disappointing experience. Of course the pizzas have now been eaten, without the shakes, which will come, but it isn't the experience that had been paid for. Yes, a first world problem, but the practice of having to ask for your drinks or not being able to give a part refund onto a card is very bad customer service from Dominos, not the girl who was following her guidelines.
I've ordered mac & cheese pasta and I've got bacon in it I'm pure vegitarian I can't have it. I tried to call them they said we put bacon near cheese so may be mistake that mistake hurts my religious sentiments and they said they will call me back in 3 minutes still waiting for their call
After spending over $200 on pizzas and some desserts for school holiday sleepover, 3 pizzas were messed up , 3 were forgotten and I got these 3 doughnuts that look nothing like advertised . Domino’s use to be cheap and convenient, now it’s the opposite. You copy and paste your reply to all the bad reviews , it’s pathetic
Third one in a row now that has barely any cheese and crust is done very poorly however they were happy to make another one and the re-do was much better, can’t fault the customer service for this reason
