Pizza was ok. Ordered online with pick up which seemed to be a smooth process. Although website said I was getting a receipt emailed but never came. The two kids meals I ordered failed miserably. The kids ate them which is usually a good sign it was tasty. But I must say they didn’t even remotely look anything like the picture represented online and the description of “Smiley Face Kids Pizza”. Either the staff didn’t get the memo or they couldn’t be bothered. We ended up with a small basic margherita pizzas. Quite frankly if you can’t fulfill what is advertised just don’t offer it. To top it off the offer included a juice and yogurt dessert. We ended up with four juices. Was told they had no yogurt dessert. Sum up my first impressions were very poor.
3 stars due to getting a call immediately after ordering stating they were out of what I had ordered, that’s understandable but then when my meal arrives they tell me on drop off they don’t have any of the drinks I ordered... I would have ordered elsewhere had I known 50% of my order would be missing. Pizza was good though.
The best pizza in Cranbourne and the customer service is great. Quality and Quantity on another level As working in hospitality i know it’s hard to make every customer satisfied but the guy runs this business he know how to make everyone happy. Good on you guys Highly recommended
Im really not the kind of customer to complain because I know how it feels, I work at hospitality aswell but what I ordered from you guys tonight was very dissapointing and disgusting, the tortellini carbonara smelt off and tasted off. Hopefully I dont get food poisoning from that because I did have a few spoons.
Very disappointed tonight we are regulars and usually enjoy the pizzas. Tonight we ordered our usual only to discover little black hairs through the pizza. We will never eat here again.

Great pizza and fairly priced fresh topping and quick and polite service
The manager was nothing but rude on the phone. Accused me of swearing and was very unhelpful. I’m not sure they should be running a business.
Never haf a bad pizza. Staff are always friendly. Only pizza I'll get in Cranbourne
