Great service and food was scorching hot. Lady served us and then checked in on us and was an overall good experience. Great location also
I ordered from here on ubereats.nCost almost $70 for two people we brought a meal box for 2 and a pack of churro's.nThe burgers wore okay the chips were so soggie we couldn't eat them the chicken strip's where so over cooked they where dried out and hard. The churros did not have much cinnamon on them and were missing their sweet and salty sauce. I put a complaint through uber as 1/3 of the meal was inedible but the restaurant came back saying the order was correct despite missing half the desertnTerrible customer service! Will not be ordering here again
I ordered online and given 10min pick up time! I had to wait a further 10min.nWhile I went to the pick counter the staff did not even acknowledge menFinally I had to ask for me food which I noticed was sitting on the bench for at least 5min.nThe food was poor with almost no filling in the chicken burger.nI will not eat Oporto again very disappointed.
i just wanna say the dedication this team has when it comes to exercising customer satisfaction is an understatement . i arrived around 9:30 in the morning simply ordering 2 burgers for takeaway just before work , thinking nothing of it as i’ve had other problems with morning staff . The team member greeted me with a goodmorning and asked what i wanted to order order , give me a variety of options to do with my meal and amazing toppings to add into my burger . The conversation was short yet it was nice to have a good chat to get my day started ! they didn’t even waste time on preparing my food and making it fresh . looks like i found a new joint to look forward to just before heading to work
This place was fantastic and stuff have a beautiful smile friendly cute and funny, and manager she done a great job big boss well give you guys special gift for all of you happy new year guys
