Best Chinese restaurant in the area. Such great food, amazing services and has a fun, retro vibe to it. So can't wait to go back! Bear house, keep it up!

Got here at 7:30 we waited an hour an a half for food to come out, also took 20 minutes for our drinks to come out after asking a few times. We then proceeded to our food making us feel sick. We then waited another Your till they would let us pay, kept telling us to sit back down. We asked if we could spilt it. They told us yes then told us we couldn't. Was quite rude and not impressed. All we wanted was to pay and leave. Will not go back. Service was poor and food wasn't great 1/10. Don't recommend going.

This is my worst experience with food ever. Received the delivery on time and everything was looking good, however the food tasted weird and extremely salty, especially the duck. Next morning my wife and I were sick and I contacted the restaurant to ask for a refund as we had no received an acceptable meal. They ended up telling us that they needed to send our complaint off to their insurance and we would need to prove that it was their food. We had not eaten anything else since dinner the night before. And told us that this review would result int hem suing us. Very abusive, poor customer service and dodgy food. Recommend to avoid at all costs.

I have decided to give The bear house cranbourne a 1 star because.
Took over an hour after we ordered to receive our meal.
The prawn crackers were stale.
The drinks are over priced i.e $8 for a cheap beer or cider. $5 a glass of water. $8.50 for a TINY drink of Jack and coke.
The meals were below average.

I will not be returning to The bear house as there is FAR FAR superior Chinese restaurants in Cranbourne.

I would give zero rating for this place. Poor customer service, the lady who responded my complaint about their salty food & make our tummy hurt after ate the duck, didnt understand what Im saying..instead of worried about customer she worried about their money, i didnt ask for refund in the first place, just complaint about their food, but she wouldnt listened properly. I never ever comeback and ordered their food again. She even said will sued me???? If they doing business they would care about their customer.
