I used to come here as a kid all the time when it was Red Gum, and boy it hasn’t changed. The pizza is still super tasty and well prepared. The toppings and different, but good different. It is a little on the pricier side, but given the quality I’d pay the extra. Even wait times are pretty quick. Will have to come in for a beer, given I live across the road!
Best pizza, not just in Point Cook, but in Melbourne. The base is just perfect, fluffy and light. The toppings and ingredients are all fresh. This pizza restaurant seperates itself from others with its focus on quality. Great staff. Really good pizza.
I super enjoyed the pizza here, the taste and the texture was perfect. The inside looks fresh and the heat of the oven helps in the winter. Music isn't loud and it has enough space inside to dull the noise of people talking. It's a shame I'm only in Melbourne for a few months. also within range of a Pokestop and a gym near by
Ordered a pizza at 5 to be delivered at 5.45 and got it at 6.45. It was more like cold bread and tasted like rubber. I had one bite and threw the rest, large pizza which cost me $26 plus $4 delivery. For a place that charges a delivery fee you would expect it would be delivered at least by 6 to a location 10 minutes away. I called them and expressed my dissatisfaction and advised them will never go back but they did not even apologise or offer some kind of refund. Service is equally important as the actual food at a restaurant, very very bad experience.
Favor and Grace next door were closed for renovations, so thought we would try this place. Staff we friendly enough. But we were waiting 45 minutes for our burgers and 1 pizza. Looked promising once they came out, but the one of the burger patties were far too salty and not edible. Lettuce in burgers were old. Not worth the 45 minute wait for your food! Will never go there again. Do your self a favor and go to Favor and Grace as planned!
Worst pizza i had in a long time. When I am sitting in the restaurant waiting for pickup for two pizzas, i would expect that they would be hot when given to me. Drove three minutes to get home, one pizza was so cold it had to be reheated, the other tasted like it was sitting on the warmer for a very long time, the base was stale and stiff like cardboard. We called the restaurant and the service was hopeless. The lady on the other end admitted that "there may have been a mix up with the order and timing", then added "sorry about that, goodbye". No offer to correct the problem or talk to management. We also added mushrooms to a pizza $2 extra and got ONE paper thin slice of mushroom per slice of pizza, i honestly don't think there was a quarter of a mushroom on the whole pizza. Never again!!!
Hit and miss - when it's a hit, it's on these guys smash out a great wood fired pizza and homey pasta. But when there a miss the pizzas dry and their pasta sauce is runny. Will keep trying hoping for consistency
Tried Redgum for the first time today, glad to find a place like their exist in Laverton. A must to try for their Prosciutto pizza and Double beef double cheese burger suited best with their boutique tap beer. It's a loaded stacker. It's great to see a place like this in Laverton. Staff is friendly, environment is calm and relaxed. Will be back for sure
Ordered 3 x pizza at 7:40 and got delivered at 9:23. Was told it will be delivered in 45 minutes and waited 1hour and 40 minutes. Owner rather then apologetic , said it's Saturday so I should expect that... every time I called I was told driver is already in it's way ... worst ever experience...
Saw and ad in the local paper on Friday and gave these guys a shot. Great first impression. The staff was friendly, service was good and the Pizzas were amazing. Will surely go there again.
