My all time favourite for vegetarian biryani... I have never been disappointed

I went with my friends last night around 9:00pm , we decided to order the food meanwhile the lady comes and says we have only Briyani  but , not all varieties. So we have to Order other dish, the lady brought the food and we started having it and one of my friend was after glass of  water. It was very disgusting that non of the tables have water and it's minimum common sense that customers should be provide with water. We have nearly finished our food then the lady comes with the curd and other stuff ... it's was too late and  they did not even asked us you want anything else. When we were leaving two couples came and it was exactly 10:00pm as per there website it says they close at 10:30pm but the lady said we are closed . Zero customer service skills, terrible service on the whole food was good but this will be the last place if I wanna go for food .

We ordered chicken fried rice and veg biryani, both were delicious and good customer service! Hoping they maintain the same standard! It's hard to maintain consistency with Indian restaurants.
