Very lovely staff, first time in Melbourne so needed some help getting to places and the staff at the front was very helpful. Rooms very spacious and clean aswell as comfy beds, near a main road but noise was not an issue. Had a delicious meal in the bistro Would definitely come back here.
I cannot commend this place enough. The staff are amazing, especially Naomi at the front desk. The rooms are perfect, not over the top, comfortable, and quiet, and all our needs were met. The bistro has the best salad ever, and Karen, who works at the bistro is absolutely wonderful, and looked after us so well. There is an IGA across the road where you can buy all our munchies from, and also the foyer has an amazing vending machine... So good. Guys, you gotta try this hotel, you will be so happy that you did, and the room prices are so reasonable too. We will be back - Keep our room ready
Had a beautiful breakfast there and the service was amazing. Very friendly and helpful people.
I come here quite often.nNext to the highway but don't get the noise. Clean tidy rooms with comfortable beds. Yummy room service and affordable too. The staff members are always cheerful and happy.
Not bad. But I don't gamble. Pretty sterile drinking venue.
