I had a great experience with the staff at Rush. Having spent a lot of time searching for my first road bike, I found the one I wanted online, and saw that it was available at Rush, St Kilda. Being away on holiday, I asked if it could be put aside for me until I returned a couple of days later. Brad kindly obliged, and when I went to pick it up, I couldn't have been happier with the quality of service. Lots of great info and support, and attention to detail in setting up my bike. I bought a bike from Rush Cycling today and thought the customer service was excellent. The features of the bike were explained in plain English and I was loaned a helmet for an on-road test ride not just a ride around the car park. It was a pleasant surprise to see that some prices had been discounted below those advertised on the website. After buying some accessories I was given a further 10% discount WITHOUT ASKING and they had the bike prepared for me to ride home within 30 minutes. Very impressed!!
Have been very happy with the service so far. Keen to answer questions, size you up for bikes, discuss gear, and let you browse by yourself if you prefer. Bought a bike after being given the chance to try it and think about it, then had my BMC serviced at a later date. Bike came bike shiny and new, and riding smoothly.
Bought two bikes a few months ago. The friendly and knowledgeable Adrian help us pick the right bikes. Last weekend the bikes got serviced and they are as new again! Very happy with the service!
Very disappointed to say the least at Rush. My wife and I came into the St.Kilda store after seeing a 2015 Dolce online. To cut a long story short after a number of conflicting stories and what can only be deemed as lies my wife and I walked away extremely unhappy and bike less. I have never had such bad customer service from such arrogant sale assistants. There was no communication, rudeness from the staff and an ability to make the customer feel completely inadequate even through I've been riding for 20 years. When there are so many options in the area I would avoid at all costs.
I bought a DK bmx just before xmas for my son from Rush St Kilda. I got a good price & was very happy. Then my neighbour ran over the back wheel & tore the seat. The guys at Rush went above & beyond in repairing the bike & I'd happily recommend them to anyone. They'll have my business in the future.
Bought my Secteur there after receiving excellent service from the sales staff. Mike was informative and was none at all pressuring me to make a decision. He even offered me a test ride with a much higher end bike roubaix carbon when I'm only ready to buy a base model secteur. Overall, very good experience except that there's no freebies added in with my purchase.
Came in last minute two days before a race. Even though they were very busy and booked out in the shed/repairs department, one of the guys Jax? popped it on a stand had a look at it for me. Fixed the chain for me on the spot, oiling it and straightening out some links so Id be good to ride. Legend
Went in here for help with a creaky bike.Aaron provided excellent service. He is very passionate about bikes and gave a lot a helpful tips in a non condescending relaxed way.Great place to shop and learn about cycling.
Popped in to get my bike checked. They gave it a good check over, oiling the chain and pumping up the tires. Great, quick and friendly service.
