Website: showed stock in store in two brands in my size. Got to store, no stock in my size in both brands! Is this day and age if you can't keep track of your stock, you've lost me. It's not like there's a lot of stores. You either have it or you don't! This and product was not even on the floor, the stock was boxed out the back. Seems like they are in chaos.nnService: Retail assistant went looking for first brand out the back but was unwilling to go back and look again when I asked about the second brand. Unhelpful.nnGo elsewhere if you can.
Seems to be more of a shoe warehouse but without the cheap prices. Have been in store three times recently looking for help with recommendations for the correct shoes for my feet, unfortunately staff have no idea about feet, or how to recommend a suitable shoe. Forcing me to take my business elsewhere.

Excellent service great staff.nI wasted to get indoor cricket gloves and couldn't find anywhere close to where I work or live, so went in to Rebel. Unfortunately they didn't have it but the Richmond store did. So they helped me to deliver it to my address. There are good cricket bats for 40% on sale.
Store layout is great and everything was neat and tidy. Found exactly what I was looking for with ease. Received wonderful, warm and friendly customer service by Charlotte.
