I didn't like my experience here at first because the sales rep was getting annoyed after I wanted to try different shoes instead of going with the option he suggested in the first 2-3 pairs in less than 10 min. I was there to spend $200+ ended up spent $280 and the amount of effort he wanted to help was rude. However, the other rep helped me nicely. I was actually thankful that I ended up taking some time and choosing what I wanted & needed for me .
Blown away, I’ve come in store before and told the manager about the amazing service but it just keeps getting better, Lilly was an amazing help clearing up some membership issues, she was clear, concise and patient. She did not rush through any information at all so I needn’t to ask for a repeat of what she said. Amazing store guys.
Big thanks to Chris & Heather for the amazing customer service and the friendly chat today. I will happily return for my next sporting purchases! One very happy customer!
Great experience, i think most people come on here to review the star that is Kate. She made my shopping experience so easy and was really knowledgeable. Enjoying my new adidas gym shorts, thanks Kate! You rock, she doesn't have to work this hard for her customers but I'm pretty sure everyone who has got help from her can agree that she is a a bright presence in the store. Give her a promotion.
One of the worst experience in this store, I have been waiting for 45 minutes and none of the staff came to ask if I need any help or something even after complaining at front counter. All the people are just assisting white people only, this is kind of racist behaviour. No more rebel shopping
Pretty good store , service is always fairly quick with someone always willing to help. Only 4 starts as I struggled to find what I was looking for due to limited stock.
Very good store! I had a situation where they forgot my item and they called me straight away with a free pair of socks.
Excellent service great staff. I wasted to get indoor cricket gloves and couldn't find anywhere close to where I work or live, so went in to Rebel. Unfortunately they didn't have it but the Richmond store did. So they helped me to deliver it to my address. There are good cricket bats for 40% on sale.
Wow!!! Amazing!! The best rebel I have been into by a mile. I was absolutely blown away by the incredible service from Kate today. So helpful and kind. I will now travel the extra 10 minutes to shop at this store to have Kate help me again. She is incredibly knowledgeable on all products in the store. I have not had such amazing service in years within a retail store. Thank you so very much! 10/10!
Amazing! I came in today to quickly buy a shirt and the service was fantastic. I think it was Kate who helped me and she was incredible - she knew exactly what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable about the products. Just a shame this isn't my local store! Thank you
