Unfortunately less than mediocre service and seems a bit rude. The sales lady doesn’t seem like she wants to serve me nor bother to get me the sizes that I wanted to try on. She seemed annoyed to finalised the transaction for me too.

I got chance to visit Wittner today, and I am so much satisfied with my purchase . Jess is great. I believe I must have annoyed her with so many questions but as I told, she is indeed great.

What makes this store better than other stores are the staff. Jess & the girls are super helpful & friendly & sometimes I now just pop in to say hi. They treat their returning customers like family which is so refreshing in this day & age of impatience.

They are always very nice even if it take a long time to choose and have nice quality shoes.

Attendant was very helpful and even though it was technically close time she didn’t rush me.

Good access light filled and airy good range of shoes mainly for women.

Very helpful, and I'm very happy with my boots!
