Great range, very helpful staff that care about the product. Sometimes retail assistants get fed up if you ask to try on a few pairs of shoes, but the customer service here is fantastic and consistent.
My husband and I went into Aquila on the weekend to look for new work shoes for him. We were so impressed by Dean’s knowledge of the product and he made the shopping experience enjoyable for us both. We will be back as this level of customer service and care is rare to find!
Really great experience in store today, dealt with a cool employee named Jackson who was incredibly both helpful and genuine which is a rarity in retail, will happily be back in future based on this interaction!
I shopped at Aquila in South Yarra one time in mid-May for work-related clothing and accessories for my partner. We do like the quality and style of their products. But, the customer service was tepid at the time. The following day, my partner changed his mind over the purchase of one of the accessories he bought, which is a pair of dress shoes due to discomfort while wearing them. So I had to return them on the same day. The same person who assisted us at the time of purchase refused to give me a refund despite the product being in their original condition and is within 30 days of purchase, hence the one-star review. Subsequently, I went to Aquila in Chadstone to help me with my dilemma.
There was some issues with afterpay but the staff were so helpful and even gave a slight discount for inconvenience which was a very kind gesture. Thanks for all your advice on how to look after shoes as well guys! I'll be back :-
Sign on front says back in 15, I've been here 40 minutes within opening hours. Need shoes for dinner reservation tonight. Retail closes in 15. NOT GOOD ENOUGH, VERY UNHAPPY
