Initially bought a used BMW which they claimed to have sold and always serviced. It died a few months later and was towed to BMW. Service dept said it was a wholesale buy-in and they'd never seen it before. They did almost $4k of work and returned a still faulty car crank sensor and wanted another $1.2k to replace a $70 sensor which I as a complete amateur replaced again recently in 4hrs. Then several years later went in for takarta airbag recall. I gave specific instructions to NOT open the sunroof as it jams. Went to collect car and roof was jammed open at an angle. Rang service manager who straight out lied and said they wouldn't have done that and what did I expect from a 2002 car! Then most recently went looking for a high end used vehicle and the guys at the used yard will barely give you the time of day. So bought a very nice certified E class Mercedes elsewhere. Consistently rubbish service from this company. Spoken to many ex employees who all say it's $ first and see what you can get away with.
