Loyal customer who has serviced their two volvos for years in Maidenhead now has to interact with remote centralised booking department who are busy, you have to queue for over 5 minutes, and then deal with someone you don't know. You used to be able discuss issues you had with a vehicle before booking in or as part of booking in....no longer! Why management teams think that degrading the customer experience will enhance service business and also sales is beyond me. Crazy!!!
