I am now the very pleased owner of a Hyundai i30. The service provided by Sid and other staff (Michael, Stefhanie and Nader) was friendly and efficient. Sid provided a clear costs breakdown, provided discounts where possible, and was very patient with explaining the vehicle's features. 

I was particularly impressed with how quick the whole application process was; I test drove the car on Sat and collected it on Tuesday. 

No regrets, thanks National Capital Motors!

We showed up at the dealer only to be told Suzuki had moved but the signs had not been changed and no indication of where to go. This wasn't off to a good start.

The sales person was very forceful on gaining information on how I was going to pay for the car and recommending purchase on the day to take advantage of sales before he had even pointed to the car I had never seen before.

Brought an automatic over for a test drive, when I had booked a manual. He found a manual though which was nice.

Didn't have it dealer registered so we couldn't drive it too far, if I was told this when I booked it, I probably wouldn't have bothered.

Sales person was not very helpful with information on the car and no sales books were available. After finding out that we were not ready to buy today I guess he just didn't care anymore.

10/10 will find another Suzuki dealership to take my business to.

Went in to enquire about a Kia to have no staff on the floor and those that were around ignored us. When I did get served there was no apologies just a gruff “we are all busy” and was fobbed off with a “we will email you on Monday” with no questions on what they could do to help us/show us and didn’t even ask our details or name. Other sales staff from the wider dealership walked past and ignored our polite hellos and turned their back on us. They lost a sale today.

One of the worse service, i have ever been. I booked in for air bag and they presume car servicing themselve without evening going through all the details. I had my car serviced a week ago and just for the sake of money car service was done again!!  Amazing. Please avoid this place .

We had an amazing experience with these guys. Sam was the one who served us. We really liked his service. He helped us to buy our car and provided outstanding service expected by us. We would recommend these guys and their top service to everyone.
