Richard was a really excellent person to talk to and knew his stuff very well. He provided excellent service and assisted me in getting the car that i wanted. Just a note for improvement, the finance manager and salesperson should coordinate better in terms of when everything (finance documents and car) is ready to be delivered (picked up). As Richard got the car ready however the finance documents were not entirely ready. This didn't affect my experience negatively but something to improve upon to provide better customer service.

Have brought a couple of vehicles from here now and the service has always been excellent. The service dept is great as well with friendly helpful people.

If you are in Asia and work in trade, I wouldn't recommend this place. No one paid attention to me while I was watching it for more than 10 minutes alone. On top of that, I asked for information about the car twice, but I was ignored. This is why I bought my car in Fishwick.
