James was fantastic and very easy to deal with. We wrote off our car on Monday and drove away in a brand new Santa Fe on Friday afternoon. Picking up the car was brilliant, we arrived to the car fully wrapped with bow and a beautiful congratulations message at the front showroom. Customer service is everything!
Overall great experience; the ease of booking; being asked when I would like the car back & even getting it back hours earliar; explanation of work done was much appreciated as with previous places I've been handed a paper to decipher myself; car was even given a clean - wow! Whole experience couldn't be faulted; they have great facilities for those who choose to wait also. Appreciated the follow up call - left there feeling pretty stoked with the whole experience and added bonus; price was very fair. Cheers National Capital Hyundai team. A++++
Customers beware. The Auto Links are faulty on the older Tucsons. If the service center is aware of yours being faulty, then somehow yours will go missing and the service centre will claim you have lost it I had notified them over a year ago it was faulty and it had had a service since the notification. So if the Auto Link isn’t there it is not considered faulty under warranty, and therefore it does not qualify for replacement under warranty. Genius. Initially they advised it is obsolete and cannot be replaced at all. I disputed this, they then contacted head office who, low and behold, can replace the unit for you, but at your cost over $300, because your “missing” Auto Link is technically not faulty - just lost. Not sure what a customers motivation would be to seek out and remove their own Auto Link but it is what the service centre has accused me of doing. Be prepared to be accused of sabotaging your own car. You’ll get nowhere trying to get the staff to see the sense in the situation - the girl on the phone just wanted to have a win, clearly really enjoyed saying no, and behaved as if it was going to come out of her personal pocket. Customer service is not her thing, nor is maintaining the customer base. I just paid $600+ for a basic service, they refused to repair an item that was already reported faulty and went missing I would consider disappearing to be a fault won’t be taking my car back to Hyundai at all. Edit: Hyundai have not followed up with me since writing they would look into it. I have also lodged a complaint with the Head Office, and am yet to hear back. Keep this in mind should you be looking to purchase a new Hyundai.
Amazing service from Lucas and Sasha from National Capital Hyundai, Belconnen. Both Lucas and Sasha was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, made things easy and they are soo polite. Lucas and Sasha kept me updated at all times through the process right through to pick up of my car and I really wanted to say thank you to both Lucas and Sasha. I would absolutely recommend and love to see you guys again.

I had been waiting with excitement for the new Palisade and left them an inquiry.I was really surprised that NCM called me back first and offered the delivery in two months .I wasn't optimistic at first but they prove me wrong.They delivered the car a week early than expected Always happy with this company's commitment to customer satisfaction .
