John McGrath Ford Belconnen has consistently been a reliable place to service my Ford. The staff are knowledgeable and willing to spend time explaining what the service will involve and why repairs are needed. My last scheduled service ended up being cheaper than what they quoted me. Unfortunately, it appears they are no longer offering free loan cars for scheduled services, which is a shame since it was one of the reasons why I still service my car at the dealer even whilst out of warranty.

These guys replaced my fuel pump before a long weekend, with no booking, saving me from a potentially ruined holiday. 1st class service

Please do NOT buy a car from here or bring you car here for any needs. I was unfortunate enough to buy my first new car here and I have had nothing but issues!! I can’t count on two hands the amount of times I have called them for issues and they never help or resolve them. After having my car which is only one year old be with them for two days to fix it, it has broken down on me 3 times today so I will again need to take it back. Very very disappointed considering how much I paid for my car.

Very bad service. The bear guy setting in the receptin didnt even want to say hello when he is the o ly one in the office. I wait for him to come to front desk and he just seat to talk to me. He seem to be really root the way he awnser my question. Somthing like that is how we are! Never use theire service again

Took my car to JMF in Belconnen to have it serviced. I specifically asked them to look at my rear left hand brake light as I knew it was out. When I picked up the car they told me my lights were fine and none were out. This was a lie as it was still blown. I then looked further into my vehicle report card only to notice all my tyres were marked 4mm when I knew I had 2 far newer tyres so this was also incorrect. They couldn’t even get my kms right, stuffing it up by 4000kms. I called and spoke to the service manager who was very helpful and did attempt to solve some issues for me, fixing my globes and admitting my rear tyres were very different to my front. It took them a whole day to replace the globes as they didn’t have them but they did lend me a car for the inconvenience. And they “washed” my car. While they were polite I would never take my car back here as I’m still unsure that they even serviced my car correctly.
