From start to finish it was a pleasure to deal with NCM Belconnen. Pino answered all the questions i needed to know about the Triton and was very professional in all aspects of the sale. Donna had gone to great lengths to get the car looking on point and the car blew my mind when i finally got to see it, Peter/Gregory done a great job getting all the finances done ASAP so the delivery turn around was quick. Highly recommend

Worst service! Was told that because I live interstate they couldn't help me nor would they let me test drive a car. Super rude and the opposite of helpful. Shockingly bad service!

I was looking for a specific car at Capital Motors Kia and decided to walk down the street to check the ones available at Capital Motors Mitsubishi... I wish I hadn’t gone. The Asian seller who approached me there after a 5-minute wait was smelling like he had smoke a pack of cigarettes 1 second before coming. He didn’t show any interest on knowing what I was looking for either. The worst parts: when showing me the interior of the vehicle he had a seat on the passenger ‘s seat and started to figure out what the features of the car were. Meanwhile, I was outside the vehicle, hearing and seeing nothing he was telling from inside the car lol He didn’t even bother to open the boot after I asked whether I could check the space and size. I will not, never. ever go back there. Hiring this type of nonsense people just spoil the sales numbers and clients day.

The sales team were professional but not pushy. Shaurya listened to me when I described what I was looking for and found me the right car to match. He didn't try and force other makes and models on me as other dealerships had tried to. The whole process was easy and straightforward.
