Story

At Riverside Motel you can relax amidst the spaciousness and cleanliness of comfortable units in the quiet and tranquil setting on the Whanganui riverbank and yet remain within close proximity to the central city, as well as sporting and cultural facilities.
Our mixture of two and one bedroom units and studios have a variety of sleeping configurations which cater from the single person to family and sporting groups. All units have full cooking facilities, ensuite bathrooms, sky TV and off street parking at the door. A continuous covered walkway covers the gap between vehicle and unit door, offering protection when loading and unloading in adverse weather.
Most of the units have an extra bed in the lounge and several also have fold-out sofas. The large king and superking beds split into two full-size singles when required.
All units offer tea and coffee making facilities with quality tea and coffee provided.
At reception 'business centre' sevices are provided and baby gear, such as cot, bedding, high-chair and baby bath can be requested. We even offer a baby-sitting service by arrangement.
