Excellent friendly service. They have about 19 beers on tap including many local craft beers and a wide selection of spirits. The pasta was superb with the most flavourful sauce. Our friends had the nachos and they came with a lot of mince. The pub was nice and warm on a rainy day. Fast wi-fi. Definitely worth a stop if you're hungry and thirsty.
Hard to give a review, I am sure the owners work hard.nnJust dont walk in off the street. This is not a traditional pub. We walked in at 5:40, and all tables were booked out. Some had reservations signs with times like 7pm+.nnWe just drove 3 hours just wanted a feed.nnWalked into Steller, different and still vibrant with an attitude to not letting us walk. Now that's service!nnBeer flowing at Steller and food to die for!nnSorry, try harder, or at least dont be blunt you may not know you were.
What a charming hotel and beautiful luxury rooms. Loved the decor and ornate high ceilings. Nice restaurant downstairs with plenty of quality craftbeer options. The continental breakfast was delicious especially the homemade muesli. Great location right in the city centre by the river. Nice to be able to park the car safely in the hotel carpark.
Hello therenI would like to tell you how much we enjoyed staying with you, but when we found out you were on the first floor with no lift, the same day I booked I had to regretfully cancel.nnI did ask if you could recommend anywhere else, but unfortunately, you were only able to reply with a standard computer form, acknowledging my cancellation.nnYou can imagine my surprise when I received an email asking if we had enjoyed our stay with you, but as you offered a reply, here it is.nnMay I suggest that you look more carefully at personal service for your guests. I am sure your hotel is quite special looking at the photos of your rooms, but please remember there are humans at the other end of the reservation requests. And as humans we really appreciate receiving good service, not from a computer, but from another human.
First time coming tonight for the restaurant and WOW!! What an AMAZING experience!! The atmosphere was absolutely amazing, the service from all the wait and bar staff was exceptional! And the food! THE FOOD they were so busy but the food was more than top tier! The presentation was phenomenal! And the taste was like heaven! Every single plate we got had nothing but wows coming out of our mouths! We cannot wait to be back thanks so much team! And thank you so much chief! You honestly deserve an award!
