We are simply astounded by the BRILLIANT SERVICE of Ritchies Coachline through their connection with Inter City Buses. After a smooth trip from Tauranga, I sadly left TWO CELLPHONES in a bag on the Inter City bus getting off at Manukau for the airport connection - on a FRIDAY around 10 PM. With our international check-in just hours away, a personal and business DISASTER was averted by an amazing cleaning lady who immediately took the phones to their office and the management, who sent a driver all the way to the airport some 30km from their offices! to deliver my phones by hand. Going the unexpected EXTRA MILE and then some! THANK YOU, RITCHIES!
Man at reception was very proactive and helpful today in returning my phone that I left on the bus. Even charged it for me :
These guys are super friendly!nMy daughter forgot her scooter on the bus that goes along Route 195. I called their office, left my contact details and a description of the scooter, and they found it and called me back the next day. I visited them with my daughter to collect the lost scooter, and she’s super happy again!nThe lost and found service deserves 5 stars.nThank you, guys!
