Britomart Transport Centre

It is one of the best train stations I've seen in New Zealand. All trains start and end in Britomart. There's always enough staff to help commuters with any queries or help. It's always kept neat and tidy. There's many entrance/exits for this station depending on where you need to go. There are 4 platforms in this station. Mostly all trains are on time and there are special services during special events like rugby, concerts, cricket etc.

The most facilitated train station in Auckland situated right next to the harbour. AT hop cards facility available in case you are looking to buy new HOP cards/ Recharging HOPs is available too via HOP machines.The staff is very friendly and supportive & will get you going in no time. Must visit in case you are in CBD. Truly impressed 🤣🤣

I have recently learnt to catch the train and I love it! Brittomart Transport Centre is the hub at the bottom of town and my go to to get home (Henderson). Great staff who are willing to assist unsure travellers! I was quite nervous about catching the wrong train, I was soon assured and directed to the correct platform and explained where to look for train information.

The central transport area in Auckland. Almost every train and bus starts or ends here. There is also an information booth where the staff can help you. You can also get 1gb of free data every 24 hours which is good value considering wifi can be pricey in New Zealand.
