Great staff, service was very attentive and responsive. Amenities were very high quality and the buffet breakfast was above average. The only issue was a housekeeping issue, where they forgot to complete my room preparation before I checked in. They left out bath towels completely, and forgot a few of the complimentary items for my bathroom, including toothbrush, etc. They also forgot to add bottles of water to my room. All was resolved promptly after a quick phone call though, so I was left happy. I would visit again.

The building doesn't look like much on the outside but on the inside it is absolutely spectacular. They've done so well to incorporate the industrial look of the original building with the luxury of the hotel. Our room was lovely and perfectly sound proof with a view of the hotel atrium through the windows. In the room they offer a selection of teas and coffees along with a diverse range of goods at the mini bar. The drinks at the mini bar were however a bit over priced but that's not uncommon. The hotel staff were very friendly and offered to take our luggage up to the room for us and showed us around the room. They even offered us breakfast at a discount. Overall the experience has been wonderful!

Tried to get to the closed viewing area for the kids. No luck. *8v( Miss being able to go up and see the angle of the city. :( FYI: there is a bar up there for you kid free folk. Which sounds awesome.

Stunning facilities, probably the best office building in Melbourne CBD. Wheelchair friendly, great options for food/coffee nearby.
