What differentiates the venue from other hotels in the area, aside from the magnificent view of the city, is the high standard of performers in its cabaret room. The versatility of the room allows it to be used during the day for community shows, conferences and Bingo.

Me and my family had such a lovely experience. Hannah welcomed us with a warm smile and impeccable service, made our evening so much better. The food was delicious and drinks were great, would definitely recommend! I don’t think I will ever experience another dinner the same without the wonderful waitress Hannah - seriously I am shocked at how wonderful she is.

Great venue. Needs some love. Staff fabulous but pretty sure $1 hasn't been spent on facilities or paint. No EV charging so it did feel like 2006 not 2026

If you enjoy being ignored by staff, eat mediocre food, get a dish with most of the ingredients missing and get over charged for your drinks, then this is the place for you. Most of the staff seemed more interested in what was on their phones than what was happening in the restaurant.  We ordered and paid for our first drinks at the bar and I miss heard the charge only to find out later when checking my bank account that I had been overcharged $11 for 2 drinks.  The food took ages to arrive and was less than appetising.  The pork was over cooked and dry, the potatoes were hard and tasted like they had not been washed properly.  We ordered 2 deserts, ice cream with topping and wafers.  When they had not appeared half an hour later, we enquired as to their whereabouts only to be told that the kitchen was closed.  But they had taken our money for the desert!  We were eventual given a bowl each of 2 small scoops of half melted ice cream, no wafers, no topping.  And this was at a cost of $8 per bowl!  When we queried it, the waiter just ignored us and left, no explanation and no apologies.  I expressed my concerns via email to the hotel, but their silence was deafening.  They obviously don’t give a damn about customer service.  Overall a horrible experience, the management should be ashamed of their staff and also themselves for not addressing concerns from their customers.  I would never step foot in this hotel ever again.

Went for dinner, ordered a beef brisket. Overall a pleasant meal but the broccolini that came with the dish was so painfully plain and dry that I thought it was still raw. The meat itself was great though

We stopped by for dinner with a child in a wheelchair. Staff - Kristos- was accomodating & helpful. Particularly in accessing the outdoor deck; to view the sunset & city. Keoghan was helpful in the bar in selecting non alcoholic wine & beer. The kitchen / meals did take quite some time to arrive especially as it wasn’t busy. Great views, Meals, service.
