Walked in on a Saturday night at 5pm and was situated at the bar as no booth or table was available for 2.nnThe vibe is amazing as always and the service was impeccable.nnFood was delicious and came out of the kitchen at a good pace. Highly recommend the Escargot and duck parfait but all the dishes we had were great.nnLive jazz started just after 6pm and we caught a little bit of it before leaving.nnWould definitely be back but recommend booking in advance!
Hubert was always my favorite place in Sydney and it has been awhile not to visit but the place is same as before.nnBeef Tartare was excellent- crispy chips are brilliant idea to serve with.nnWine was nice and ambience is always the best! I will come back for the live music!
Great live jazz music, beautiful meal and fantastic service - Luigi was attentive and looked after us.nnThe steak was unbelievably tender, even though we cooked half of it very well done for my pregnant wife.nnAll other condiments packed plenty of flavour.nnWill definitely come here again.nnMake sure you book well in advance as it hard to get a table.
I'm very happy to have booked such a good restaurant for our anniversary. The food was impeccable. Although it was my first time trying French escargot, it tasted really amazing. The steak was definitely one of the top three in my life. However, if I had to point out a downside, it would be that the live music was too loud. My partner and I had to lean in very close to hear each other. Other than that, the food and atmosphere were excellent. I recommend those who want to dine here to avoid seats near the stage.
