Story

Owned and operated by Matt Moran, the CHISWICK restaurants reflect the simplicity of great produce driven food and the changing seasons.

The heart of the restaurants are the onsite beautiful kitchen gardens where much of the produce for the menu is grown.

The approach is something altogether more natural, continually evolving, where the emphasis is on where the food comes from and how it is grown.

Drop in for a plate to share at the bar, a special celebration with close friends or Sunday lunch with the family.

We had an amazing special birthday dinner at Chiswick. The staff were very friendly and our waiter made sure everything was perfect. Because we were sharing all our dishes, it worked really well, and some meals even came in sets of three so they were easy to divide between the three of us. All the food was outstanding and extremely tasty, and it’s impossible to pick highlights because everything was a highlight: barra‑masalata, beef tartare, trevalli, roast chook, eye fillet, cauliflower cheese, wood‑roasted beans, wood‑fired quince, citrus sorbet, and a beautifully presented birthday cake that made the night feel extra special. Our son even loved the beans and cauliflower, and he usually avoids veggies, which says a lot about how good they were. We’re looking forward to trying some different dishes on a future seasonal menu.
We had a lovely dinner at Chiswick in Woollahra. The seasonal, garden-to-plate concept really stands out — you can taste the freshness in the ingredients and the simplicity of the cooking.nnThe atmosphere is relaxed but still feels refined enough for a special night out. The spanner crab linguini and pork chop were highlights, and the vegetable dishes were surprisingly the stars of the meal.nnService was friendly and attentive without feeling rushed. It’s the kind of place that works well for long lunches or an elegant dinner.nnIf you’re looking for a beautiful, seasonal dining experience in Sydney, Chiswick is definitely worth visiting.
I have been coming here for years and never disappoints, always top service and incredible food.nnToday was clearly a Gemini bday celebration for a lot of diners and it was so sweet to have a mini cake and candle presented to my table and others throughout the day a lovely touch which warmed my heart.nnThank you Chiswick and all the staff / chefs nfor excellent service always
Went for Sunday lunch and it was such a great experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and attentive. They provided the exact right amount of advice for the order and drinks. The dining room is a nice place to be, I recommend sitting near the windows as the middle of the room can be noisy. Food was well presented and tasty. The drinks were very good as well. When the booking time was up we were seated outside to finish with dessert. A wonderful day and a perfect lunch.
We had an amazing anniversary lunch on Friday. Jess was amazing and her suggestions were spot on. She was so lovely. The atmosphere was stunning, nice and comfortable inside despite the heat outside, loved the garden views. All the dishes were delicious, and the oyster shell gin martini was delicious and the lamb was die for! You could drink the gravy like a soup!
