When we landed there was an issue with the car not being available on time however great service from Carly at the counter did inform us honestly & promptly about the situation. There soon after she found a solution and the delay was only a minimal 30mins. Carly was super & credit to the Redspot Car Rental team. Well done Carly.

Great service, clean and comfortable near new  Forester SUV, 10 day road trip up north, car never missed a beat (travelled nearly 3000km). Thanks for offering the tyre insurance, (we needed it). Staff very helpful would not hesitate using Redspot again.

Reasonable experience unlike past dealings with other rental companies. Our car had a pretty dirty drivers seat which smelt and unreported damage to the front bumper. Because there are no staff at the carpark I had to walk all the way back in to report it. The staff member was great and swapped it over upon sighting the damage. Concerned had I not noted would I have been billed for said damage? In all I would rent again even if it is a no frills solutions.

Great service, everything was nice & easy, good vehicle. Cheapest out of all the main car rental people too! They even allowed me to take the keys back & drive from the domestic to the international airport to drop the car off as my domestic flight left from the international terminal!
