Very bad customer service. A couple with a baby were trying to pick up their car while I was dropping mine off. They had booked through car rentals which Alpha apparently dont have all their terms and conditions on and there was a misunderstanding with the pickup time. Instead of Alpha offering to resolve and get their car organised they said not our problem and turned them away. Absolutely disgraceful.
