Car was wonderful for family of 4. Lots of boot space. But getting to the kiosk was a bit confusing. Landed at international and headed for the counter at domestic as instructed but couldnt be found. The kiosk was actually outside at the carpark itself and it was run by Avis. Do take note. Jitin was helpful! Thank you!

This is the worst service and experience I ever had. The front desk lady processed my booking wrong and then downgraded my booking without even telling me, and I waited for 30 mins and found out the car they put me into didn’t have enough space for my luggage and now had to wait for another 30 mins for what I have booked. 75mins to pick up my reservation and Budget thanks for ruining my holiday
Arrived during the day with nobody at counter. Walked outside to office and told to wait outside as soon as i entered. At the moment 8 people waiting outside in the elements with no queue system. Need a better system. Service was wxcellwnt once we got in though
