The guys at Perth Airport branch were not only extremely helpful, as their site is a little ways away, but they were also fast, and courteous once I reached the office. It was also fantastic that even though they did not have the car I booked, they upgraded me to a much better model. Fuss free and return was also amazing. All around an A+ effortnnThe location is a little bit of a hassle, but that's hardly Hertz's issue!
Hertz really revs up the rental game in Perth! From the moment I approached the counter, the staff was spectacularly prompt and incredibly efficient. Even at the car return bay, the crew greeted us with friendly smiles and quick service. Every step was smooth and hassle-free. I'm already planning to rent from Hertz on my next trip. For anyone visiting Perth, I highly recommend Hertz for a seamless car rental experience. Can't wait to hit the road with them again!
The guys at Perth airport on 6 July were amazing. Faseeh in particular made our pickup experience a breeze. Amazingly clean and new vehicle that served us well over two weeks and 4000km of driving. Contributed significantly to a great WA holiday. Highly recommended, thanks again Faseeh and Hertz!
Do not use these guys. Completely dishonest and overcharge. When booking, do not tell you that you need a bond and insurance therefor, goes from $300 cost to $700 cost. Really dishonest and disorganised with collection, paperwork and details. Not an easy or reasonably priced process. Would avoid completely.
Do not use this hertz!nnReturned a car 28th of February - still yet to have the authorization charge removed from my card being rental charge + bond.nnIt is now 11th of March, and in response to calling/emailing each of the Perth office, Perth Customer Care, and Hertz Customer Care - am yet to receive a call back.nnGenuinely shocked at the lack of service/ownership from the Hertz team. Completely different to every other experience I’ve had with Hertz.nnIf you’re hiring a car in Perth go someone else
