Positive experience. From collection to return. Awesome & friendly staff. Delighted with the opportunity to drive a brand new car! Fresh new car smell of the interior leather and everything. Looking forward to the next rent with Europcar.

Very disappointing experience with Europcar.nnWe arrived at 8:30PM after flying from Melbourne, only to be told no car was available. We then had to wait an hour with tired children while they sourced and washed a vehicle, which was effectively after midnight Melbourne time. Our child became very distressed.nnThe car we eventually received was still dirty, with poor visibility through the windscreen, which felt unsafe. We had also specifically booked and prepaid for a Nissan X-Trail for the larger boot space but were given a smaller bootsize car instead.nnCustomer service responses were generic AI type replies. Finally received a email 6 days later promising an “allowance at return” with no clear explanation.nnOverall, a frustrating and poorly managed experience. I would not recommend Europcar.

Great service at their Europcar at Perth International Airport Terminal 1 by Vish and Katerina. We had forgotten to bring along our main Drivers’ License but came with our International Driver’s License IDL and they helped us to process with our passport and the    IDL. The car given was pretty new and was upgraded frm the original Mazda 3 to a newer model, Hyundai Venue. Smooth drive. Good car and great service

I assigned MG for my rental, I would like to drive Toyota Yaris cross but they were fully booked at that time.nI was unhappy about it, but once I drive MG, I regret I complained about MG!! I felt ashamed of being a picky eater.nIt was super clean and easy to drive.nI wish I could have the time for going south.nI also appreciate to a man who taught me how to use the facility inside the car.nHe was friendly and very kind.nOverall, I recommend Europcar.

Excellent customer service provided by Sym.  The car I was initially given was smaller than expected, but staff member, Sym  responded quickly to my concern and replaced it without any hassle. Her helpful attitude and efficiency made the experience positive overall.  She was friendly, responsive, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free
