Would never recommend them! Their desk staff are rude & unhelpful. We had already done a pre-check in but needed to give them the same details again. We picked up the car with no person in the carpark to assist us in locating our hire car. When we dropped off the car, there was no in the carpark to do a final sign off on the car nor was there anyone on the desk. 

Ive heard of many people having bad experiences with Europcar. Next time when we come to Perth, we will use Hertz who when we have hired previously we have never had any problems!!

Excellent service. Car was fine. It would be nice to have a trolley nearby (had to do a 800m round trip to get one). Overall happy

Booked a car with a GPS, then the GPS did not work, didn't find the route. I returned it, but they said that they cannot refund it, so i should return the car with empty tank instead, and they won't charge me for the fuel. I agreed, and then they charged me nonetheless 150 dollars for the fuel. Called the customer service, where some foreigner was at the other end of the phone, almost not understandable, put me on hold 2 times without reason. I thought the call would be a minute, it was their error after all, so i used my european phone to call them. It was 12 minutes, so i spent some 50 euros on making them correct their error... they will, but i just don't want to deal with this kind of stuff when I am traveling. Very nice experience.

Hassle free experience of renting and returning the car at Perth international airport. Will defo consider them as a rental car provider.

I'm so frustrated, and annoyed; and dismayed at how I have been treated by your company. Your paperwork CLEARLY states that as a domestic return, I needed to go to Europcar T3/T4. I go to drop off the car at that terminal, and am told I had to take it to terminal 1!!! That's a 20 minute drive, and by the time we had gotten there the check in had closed and we missed our flight. And had to pay another $130 for new tickets. This is so unfair!! We returned the car with a full tank of petrol; clean, looked after, as requested. And you couldn't hold your end of the bargain of helping us get to our flight on time. We are disgusted, hurt and deceived. And now won't be getting into Melbourne until 5am!!! Thanks Europcar!!!
