This place has gone down hill really quickly. No after hours anymore. No bulk billing. $80 to see a doctor. Never coming back... do not recommend.

I called to book an appointment, and The Reception lady was on the phone. She was like, you need to turn up to your appointment; otherwise, they wouldn't see you anymore. I understand I miss a few appointments, but that was last year; that's just so unprofessional Of her to keep reminding me of every time I call to book an appointment

I had to go to the Redcliffe GP Super Clinic a number of times when I injured my leg badly.  Their service was generally very good although varied between the two nurses I saw on a number of occasions.  Appointment times were adhered to and they are conveniently open when other Doctors & Clinics are closed.

Dr Suma Bhaskar was rude before I even made it through the door. Worst doctor's experience I have ever had! She belittled me because I didn't know the medical terminology for a dislocated toe for work cover, even though my toe is bent across my foot and work cover Qld have an open claim Dr whatever her name is demanded that I show her proof for example x-rays and all the info that's on file. she wouldn't listen to anything I had to say without putting me down and didnt make the slightest effort to be helpful in anyway. The WorkCover claim that has been open for 12 months and the surgerys listed wasn't good enough. all I needed was an updated workers capacity certificate she was trying to set up a whole new claim and told me to leave when I told her I already had a claim! Thankyou for wasting my time and causing more stress to a stressful situation.

I rang and made an appointment and was told there were policy changes and that it’s only for accident and emergencies.  I needed a blood pressure medication because I just realised I didn’t have a script and hadn’t taken my medication for 2 days.  I was told by the receptionist that this was considered a type of emergency and therefore my appointment would be accepted.  I waited for hours for the appointment as the earliest I could get in was in the evening.  When I saw the doctor he was the rudest person I’d ever met and telling me that he couldn’t help me and it was against policy. Absolutely no sympathy from him.  It’s blood pressure medication not opioids or some other thing... where is the duty of care???... if I can’t get in to see my regular doctor for a few days to get another script and I end up in hospital I will sue the clinic and that inept rude doctor.  And I suppose he has no qualms about taking money from the government for my “consultation” in which he did nothing for me.  Don’t worry I will be telling everyone I know never to use this clinic

Had an appointment with Dr Khin Ko as my usual doctor has retired and was refused a referral to a specialist as he didn’t want to back and forth appointments and was asked to see another doctor.  He is incredibly rude, does not listen to you about your condition.  I’m absolutely disgusted in the way I was treated.

After hours is amazing! Dr Nam Nguyen is very understanding and helpful! Gets to the problem quickly and is able to help and provide comfort. The nurses are so friendly and are always there with a smile, a friendly word or two. The service is perfect when an urgent medical problem comes up, that can’t wait until morning. Bless you guys.

Worst experience ever! Over the course of about three months, I saw 3 different doctors. The first doctor was rude, told me that I had a chest infection and sent me off on my way, with a prescription. The second doctor I saw said that I had bronchitis and that the doctor before prescribed me with the wrong medication so he gave me more. But that didn't help. Go back again, see another doctor, and he tells me I have pneumonia! Gives me more medication and sends me on my way AGAIN! these doctors don't know what they're talking about!

Dr Alex Chi  refused to discuss  a patient of his that he had seen on several occasions with  a gentleman holding an Enduring Power of Attorney for that patient.   He refused to even speak to the Enduring Power of Attorney to provide a reason. - or an apology.   I concede that no appointment had previously been made, so  it would be understandable and acceptable if a message might have been requested for the EPA to make such an appointment.  However, this was not even offered.  Dr. Alex Chi  needs to reflect on his manners and provide more courtesy to those seeking assistance in the  medical management and care of  his patient - regardless of whether this patient is current.   An abrasive refusal to discuss  this  - messaged only through his staff - does not reflect  well on his professionalism.

The Receptionists have been really friendly, ,and helpful. Walked in got seen too straight away with ...... Dr Nam Nguyen wonderful great doctor knew what was wrong with me straight away kind and compassionate. Very understanding. Dr Myla Stevens very helpful and friendly .very pleasant. These 2 Doctors are Great. Best ones by far. This Redcliffe super gp clinic one of the best. Along side the very pleasant staff at the pharmacy. Easy parking Which made this less stressful. Easy access.
