My wife and I have had great caring service from Medicross especially Dr Ronelle. We recognise that having to wait at times is par for the course when you yourself want to get your needs attended to. Thanks

My mother has just come home in shock at the "treatment" she just received. she went in to get a small piece of glass removed form her foot and has come back shaken from it. she was not informed that the doctor would be cutting her foot open WITHOUT numbing the area first or asked if she would be driving, as it was her right foot. He also made my mother who has an extremely bad back lay on her stomach to do the op. which is very painful for her. He cut in and my mother screamed and beg for him to stop. HE DID NOT! until he removed something (which wasn't even the piece of glass). He than gave her anesthetic and left. my mother was left with a bleeding foot with only a band aid on it. The doctor did remark to the nurse later that he did go in deep. no aftercare given. no how to look after the wound or what pain relief to take what so ever was given ETC. My mother was just left to limp out the door on her own. unable to put a shoe on the wounded foot. I am extremely unhappy and upset at this treatment of her. I will be taking her to see a another doctor who can provided better service and looking after her until the wound has heeled, as its very painful for her and she is unable to deal with this pain from the wound and the pain from her other illness that were not taken into consideration before hand.

Edit* I accidentally badly reviewed this practice instead of Smart Clinics across the road. I appologise for that, I think I will be visiting Medicross in the future, see you soon.

Dr DeWet is so lovely and caring, she has been the only GP to ever help me with weight loss. I am grateful for her support and kindness

I phoned up to get some results of mine from many years ago and the phone receptionist was so rude for no reason at all. She explained that the company split and they did not have the results and that they would be with Medplus. Implying this is something I should know. I cannot stand when you ring somewhere and they are so rude to you for no apparent reason. Will never go back there again
