Recently I started visiting this doctors surgery and have been impressed at their ability to keep appointments on time, I've never had trouble waiting around for extended periods.

Very unprofessional Rang for an appointment was told a time came in The lady at the desk looked at the computer said oh yes I see take a seat won’t be long Sat waited for an hour got up and asked other receptionist oh your not on the appointment lists So then was told to sit down and wait again Will not be back the staff member was rude not showing any care for the mix up other then make my mum feel like she was a burden to her

Fantastic doctors who take the time to get down to what's really wrong and treating you with respect and caring genuinely about you and your health issues. A real blessing. Especially Dr Lean and Dr Bailey. Practice nurses are fantastic. Reception girls (and gent) are always fantastic and teeth to accommodate and go extra mile where possible. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Treated as whole person, not a symptom or a number.

Been going here for 20yrs now and I've always been looked after lovely team, probably explains the wait time because the Drs are popular and always have time for each and every patient ☺️

We made an appointment at 9:00AM in the morning to have our girls immunisations brought up to date. We arrived at 8:45 well in time for our appointment. People who arrived at 9:00 9:15 9:30 9:45 got served before us and we were not even notified that we would have to wait a little longer. At 9:45 we asked when we would be in and we were next!!!! ?? Then two other patients went in and we waited further. We then asked the receptionist how long only them did she tell us it would be another 15 minutes as someone needed a procedure. We had no choice but to leave as we had other appointments to keep. Why make appointments if you are not going to keep to the schedule you set out. This was only to have some vaccines done Very dissatisfied and unhappy family. 🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁
